Khojee 3.0 - Terms & Conditions 

1. The objective of the game is to solve the riddles received on whatsapp.

2. The game will be played online.

3. There will be individual players only; group registrations are not allowed.

4.Unique code received with the physical copy of "The Dead Man's Plan" is required to play Khojee.
5.  If you obtain a unique code illegitimately, your registration will be considered null and void. 

6. If you accidentally exit your WhatsApp loop, type "Continue to Play" to resume playing from your checkpoint.

7. If you successfully solve all the riddles, it is mandatory to carry the physical copy of your book during prize redemption.

8. Age limit - 13+

9. The entire nation of India serves as the playing area for this treasure hunt.

10. Sharing of clues/answers will lead to disqualification.

11. The winners will be determined by the Mushroom World Khojee team based on who solves the final riddle with the fastest time, including milliseconds.

1 . 1st Prize - ₹2,00,000

2. 2nd Prize - ₹50,000

3. 3rd Prize - ₹25,000

4. Next 100 participants: ₹1,000

5. Prize money will be awarded to the winners after deducting applicable tax (TDS) based on the winner's position and current tax regulations.

DISCLAIMER

1. All mandatory requirements (name, age, email addresses, and phone numbers) have been correctly given by me at the time of registration. 

2. All information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Khojee event and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. 

3. Organisers may require documentation such as aadhar or voter’s id card for verification purposes. 
4. Participants may be disqualified for providing false information, using unauthorised methods, or engaging in any other behaviour that violates the rules of the Khojee event.

5. This treasure hunt, inspired by a murder mystery, is intended for entertainment only and should not be used as an inspiration for any illegal activity.

6. By participating in this game, I acknowledge and agree to abide by all game rules and regulations, as well as any relevant state or local laws. I understand that failing to follow safety rules or instructions from moderators or volunteers may result in disqualification from the game and forfeiture of any prizes.

8. Our team, game, gameplay, and clues are not intended to offend or harm anyone's religious beliefs. Remember, it's just a game for entertainment purposes only.

9. I grant the KHOJEE team permission to use, publish, licence, or authorise others to use, publish, or licence any photographs, motion pictures, video/sound recordings, and/or any other record of my participation. I understand the purposes for which the KHOJEE team may use my personal data.

10. I further acknowledge that the KHOJEE team reserves the right to change any details of the Campaign (such as the date, start time, prizes, and any other decisions pertaining to the Campaign) at any time for any reason. I hereby waive and release any claims that I may have as a result of any such change.

11. In some situations, the answer may be subjective and vary depending on interpretation. The final decision will be based on the answer our team deems most viable.

12. In consideration of my application for the Event being accepted, I, on behalf of myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue the KHOJEE team, any Campaign sponsors, staff, or other representatives, agents, and successors of the foregoing, from any and all present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the Event.

13. I have read this waiver/release and fully understand its terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the KHOJEE team. I confirm that I agree to this waiver/release freely and voluntarily.
